EDTECH 521 Reflective Journal

So here we are EDTECH521: Online Teaching in the K-12 Environment. I am super excited to start this course and learn how to adapt online teaching into my 4th-grade classroom. I truly love integrating technology in the classroom and believe technology is a groundbreaking tool. The 21st Century is ever-changing so I strongly believe it is my responsibility to jump on board and learn the greatest and latest tools that are available right at our finger tips. I already use technology in my classroom and it amazes me how much my students already know and have taught me. One of my students reversed the color on a classroom laptop and I had to ask my class if they could fix it. I swear over half of my kids raised their hands and then the student that fixed it, took like 3 seconds. Kids are truly amazing and so is technology! Why not use online teaching in the K-12 environment?
